Michael Bouchard, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Scientist
Michael was the founder and CEO of Third Rail Americas, Inc. which later was purchased by Datapath, Inc. in December 2005. During his tenure at Datapath, Michael served as General Manager and Chief Scientist of Wireless Services. He focused on hardware and software development of systems level solutions in the licensed and unlicensed frequency ranges. He also worked to support the company's prospective merger and acquisition targets, facilitate corporate strategy processes and evaluate market opportunities.
Prior to founding Third Rail Americas, Inc., Michael was Chief Integration Scientist for Third Rail Limited a publicly traded Australian company.
Michael played a key role in the design and implementation of a wireless system for the New Hampshire National Guard. The system served as an alternative to wire line communications capable of communicating voice, video and data.
Prior to Third Rail Limited, Michael worked for Spike Broadband Systems, Inc. where he served as the Chief Integration Scientist, and designed, installed and integrated wireless networks in many countries including Trinidad and Tobago, West Africa, Brazil and Venezuela. While at Spike, Michael and team received the SuperQuest award for installation of the first wireless Voice over IP network in Venezuela, due to its impact on the Country. Michael was also retained for his networking expertise in West Africa, where he architected the first wireless network tying many of the countries largest banking institutions together.
Mr. Bouchard is widely considered as one of the leading experts in wireless communications. He was the inventor and innovator of many wireless solutions some of which have had significant impact on the transmission of voice, video and data. Michael serves on Nashua, New Hampshire's Mayoral Team providing oversight for the Public Safety and Economic Development committees.
Darrell Marroncelli, President and Chief Operating Officer
Darrell serves as SecureAxxess Solutions' President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Marroncelli has over 20 years experience in finance, management and operations with companies ranging from start-up to publicly trading in the technology and wireless communications sectors.
Prior to co-founding SecureAxxess Solutions LLC, Darrell worked in the Wireless Division of Datapath, Inc. and program managed the division's largest wireless development projects.
Prior to joining Datapath, Inc., Darrell has served as Director, Corporate Controller of Spike Broadband, Systems, Inc and was part of the team that rose $96M+ in equity and debt financing. Darrell also served as Vice President of Finance of Third Rail Services, Inc. Darrell has consulted with several starts up companies with regards to work flow management and process. Darrell received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Harvard University.
Chris Williams, Director of Engineering and Development
Chris is responsible for system level end-to-end design, development and integration of all solutions.
Chris has over 15 years experience and an extremely broad range of skills. He has worked and consulted for many companies in senior level positions including; State Street Bank, The Timberland Company, Third Rail Americas, Inc., and Spike Broadband Systems, Inc. Chris has consulted for many other companies, and has played a key role in establishing the direction at the CTO/CIO level for development of both internal infrastructure and development direction for forward looking solutions.
Ricardo Velez, Principle Design Engineer
Ricardo specializes in hardware and software design and integration. Prior to joining SecureAxxess Solutions, LLC, Mr. Velez was the CEO and founder of GateStor Data Systems Corporation where he oversaw the design and development of unique storage solutions for a wide range of customers. Before Founding GateStor, Ricardo worked for Storage Computer Corporation, CyberStorage Systems, Inc. and Wang Laboratories, Inc.
Mr. Velez is an acknowledged innovator, and pioneer in the data storage industry. Mr. Velez holds six patents relating to Random Array of Inexpensive Disk (RAID) design and SIMM memory modules. Ricardo has an undergraduate degree for Iberamericana in Mexico City in 1977. In 1980, Ricardo was admitted to Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for post graduate studies, and received a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
